FAQ

Here are a few of the most frequently ask questions. If you don't see an answer to a question you might have feel free to reach out!

FAQ #1

Do you take insurance?

I currently do not file directly to insurance companies. However, you can use the FSA card or I can provide an invoice for you to send to your insurance for a refund.

FAQ #2

What Should i wear?

When it comes to corrective exercise be sure to wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in and allow full range of motion.

When it comes to massage you can disrobe to your comfort level. You will always be under a sheet and blanket so only one part of you is being worked on at a time.  For best results it is recommended that you take off necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. You can have your hair down or up- whatever is comfortable for you. I have hair ties and also hair-nets if you'd like to not have any lotion in your hair.

FAQ #3

So what makes your facial different? Are you an esthetician?

I am not an esthetician. When we are doing our Buccal and face sculpting massage we are focused in on the muscles, lymph, and myofascial tissues. By focusing on those things we can relax the face and get to the root cause of some of the issues we have. We are NOT focused on skin but the muscles with is where the difference comes between Massage Therapist vs Esthetician

FAQ #4

I am running late or need to cancel

Life happens. I understand. Everyone is allowed one less than 24 hour cancellation- however after that if you cancel the massage in under 24 hours there is a fee. If you are running late and I cannot accommodate by adjusting the schedule you will get remaining time only.

FAQ #5

What products do you use?

All my products are organic or all natural. I keep products that are hypo-allergenic to try and accommodate most skin-types. If you would like me to use a product of your own feel free to bring it in.

I do use at times Biofreeze, Tiger Balm, Salonpas, CBD creams, and other such products. But will ask before using any to watch for any allergies.

For facials I use LIVEBotanical and other all natural organic oils, cleansers, and lotions. Each is made for all skin-types and I avoid anything that isn't hypo-allergenic.
