Medical massage (also known as therapeutic massage) promotes healing from accidents, injuries, illness, pre & post natal, and medical conditions including whiplash, sports injuries, and work injuries.

All sessions are tailored to what your body needs and what you're feeling that day. There is no extra charge for any different modalities or tools (hot stones, cupping, etc) used during the session.

We offer 60, 75, 90, & 120 minute massages times.
Buccal & face sculpting Massage
Ultimate massage-based facial for any skin concern. In this luxurious treatment we are working not only with the skin, but address the root of aging and loss of contour: the muscles, bones and stagnant tissues in the face.

All sessions are tailored to what your concerns are for your face. Always includes neck, shoulder and arms.

It is recommended to come with no jewelry or makeup on. To make the process easier.

Facial Massage
Corrective Exercise
A first time appointments is required to be a 60 minute to allow for intake and body function tests. With each session you'll always receive a personalized PDF that has a workout plan and an outline of the findings from the intake.

After you've done your first session you can come back for a 30 or a 60:
A 30 minute is good for those who have a basic understanding of most workouts and are more on the active side. It is more fast paced.
A 60 is good for those who are new to forms and have more issues. We can take more time to go over the function and walk through a full workout together.
